Free delivery

All products advertised on shotwize.com come with free delivery as standard.  The service is fully insured and covers the items being transported to your UK payment address.  Once your order has been processed you will be notified of the tracking number and a day/time window for delivery.  We dispatch either direct from stock or doing our bit for climate change and to reduce delivery time and miles, direct from our UK authorised distributor.

Upon receipt

When you receive your goods we ask that you help us by remembering to take a couple of clear photos of the exterior top, bottom and sides of the packaging before opening. Should there be a problem with your delivery and its contents, it is good practice to have proof of the condition of the outer packaging upon delivery.  On the day of delivery, Shotwize will try to follow up with you to ensure that you have your goods and all is ok.  We'll also ask you at this time to provide your feedback and a review on your experience with our us.

Dispatch

Shotwize aims to deliver your order asap and our sales team will keep you updated the whole way through the process.  We quote 2-5 days delivery on most of the products listed on shotwize.com and your sales advisor will inform you of availability and timescale for delivery so please check this before you place your order.  Once the order has been received and paid in full, we will aim to dispatch within the agreed timescale or same day (subject to availability), if all completed by 14.00hrs otherwise dispatch will be the following working day (subject to availability).  Next day does not include weekends as standard.  Saturday delivery is possible, but will incur a supplementary carriage charge.
