Shotwize Limited - Terms and conditions of sale
Ordering from Shotwize:
- We accept orders for single and multiple products in many ways including, directly through the website and via our sales office and order line.
- We accept single and multiple orders for products and accept official orders from an individual, company, organisation or education partner, following the agreement of a quotation created by Shotwize Limited.
The Purchase:
- We accept most debit cards and credit cards through our secure online payment system, including PayPal payments. Shotwize secure e-commerce system is provided by Stripe, Inc. Full details of how Stripe manages payments can be found on their website at www.stripe.com
- Shotwize requires payment in full before we can fulfil an order, whether it be a website transaction or an official order or an order placed through our sales line.
- Bank transfers can also be accepted direct into our business bank account.
Security:
- The use and security of your information and payment details is most important.Our online payments system is secure, and we endeavour to keep you safe whilst buying from us. Any information requested is solely for the purposes of processing the order.
Payment terms or credit:
- Shotwize does not offer extended payment terms directly as we strive to offer you the best price and service on the products we sell, and work to tight margins to achieve this.
- Credit schemes maybe offered through a third-party credit facility of which we partner with at the time of the request to purchase goods.Should the offer be available, we will refer you to our finance partner to take you through the process to prove eligibility based on the amount of funds needed to complete the purchase with us.
Delivery of goods:
- All products advertised on shotwize.com come with free delivery as standard. The delivery service is fully insured in-transit and covers the items being delivered to your UK payment address.
- We dispatch either direct from stock or direct from our UK authorised distributor.Shotwize aims to process and deliver your order asap and our sales team will keep you updated the whole way through. We quote 1-3 days delivery on most of the products listed on shotwize.com. Once the order has been received and paid in full, we aim to dispatch the same day if the order is completed by 14.00hrs otherwise dispatch will be the following working day. Next day or working day does not include weekends as standard.
- Saturday delivery is possible but will incur a supplementary carriage charge.
- Upon delivery at your UK payment address we ask that you help us by remembering to take a couple of clear photos of the exterior top, bottom and sides of the packaging before opening. Should there be a problem with your delivery and its contents, it is good practice to have proof of the condition of the outer packaging upon delivery. On the day of delivery, Shotwize will try to follow up with you by phone e-mail or message to ensure that you safely have your goods and all is well.
Cancellation of order and returns:
- Should you change your mind after an order has been placed and delivered, Shotwize Limited allows 14 days from the purchased date for a request (in writing) to be made out to our support team of the wish to return the entire order or items contained within the order. You must direct your e-mail to support@shotwize.com
- Shotwize requests that any items being returned must be in perfect unused retail condition and the outer box and retail packaging and seals to be intact and strictly unopened and presented undamaged.
- support@shotwize.com will reply to your request within 7 days and will allow 7 days from the date of the reply e-mail for the item/s to be returned to Shotwize Limited’s sales office address by the purchaser.
- The return costs must be covered by the purchaser and we stipulate that the correct insurance cover be applied to the item/s in transit through the sender’s courier, in the event of the consignment being misplaced or damaged in transit.
- Shotwize Limited does not accept liability for any items being returned whilst under the sender’s contract of postage or carriage with their chosen carrier.
- Upon receipt of the returned item/s Shotwize Limited will make contact to discuss and arrange the refund.
- Returns exclude: Bespoke and special-order items, equipment and accessories, Please enquire at the time of ordering if an item within your order carries these special terms.
Faulty goods:
- Shotwize Limited stands by the Consumer Rights Act 2015 for the return of faulty goods.
- Under the CRA 2015, a consumer has a legal right to reject goods that are faulty (i.e., not of satisfactory quality, unfit for purpose or not as described) and obtain a full refund. However, the consumer must act quickly once the fault is discovered. This right to reject the good and obtain a refund is limited to 30 days from the date of purchase.This is commonly referred to as the “short term right to reject”. Time is paused if the consumer agrees to the repair or replacement of the faulty good, with a final right to reject the goods if still faulty (known as the “final right to reject”).The consumer need only accept one repair or replacement before moving on to the final remedies of price reduction or rejection and refund (known as the “final right to reject”).
- If the faulty good/product is returned after 30 days?After 30 days, the consumer will not be legally entitled to a full refund if the good develops a fault. If the consumer is outside the 30-day right to reject period, they must give the retailer one opportunity to repair or replace any goods which are of unsatisfactory quality, unfit for purpose or not as described. In practice, the retailer can normally choose whichever option would be cheapest or easier for it to do.
Warranty, guarantee and support:
- Shotwize observes a strict privacy policy, and we are committed to the protect customer information we store during the processing of a transaction and for aftersales contact purposes. The customer agrees that the information we keep is purely for processing of the order and in the event of follow up communication.
- We do not use any customer information for Shotwize marketing unless you have agreed to be advised of Shotwize offers or signed up to regular newsletter updates.Shotwize will never release your personal details to third parties. Questions about how we manage your privacy information can be answered by our sales personnel.
- Website cookies may track your site usage on shotwize.com.Cookie preferences can be set when you first visit the site.
Customer pledge:
- Shotwize is built first and foremost on excellent customer service and attention to the customer is our main priority, as well as maintaining a competitively priced product range at shotwize.com. Should there be anything you wish to draw to our attention to at any time, we welcome your appraisals and feedback on our company’s performance. Our price promise is backed by the rule that ‘if we can match or beat’ we will. There are exceptions to this; such as stock availability, supply and origin of stock on the day the price match is requested. Shotwize will only supply UK stock which carries a full UK warranty and manufacturer support.
- Shotwize reserves the right to withdraw a product from sale on its website at any time. Should a product go through an order process which cannot be fulfilled due to stock availability or the strict time delivery schedules we advertise, Shotwize will make you, ‘the customer’ aware within 24hrs and offer an alternative product or a refund if we cannot meet expectations.
