The Canon EOS C400 is a highly versatile camera that excels in cinematic shooting, live broadcast, and virtual production. It features a full frame 6K BSI sensor with triple base ISO, organic color reproduction, and 16 stops of dynamic range. The camera also boasts a Dual Pixel CMOS AF II with EOS iTR AF X for faster and more accurate autofocus, including face, eye, head, body, and animal tracking.

The C400 offers professional recording formats, including 12 bit Cinema RAW Light LT / ST / HQ up to 6K 60P, and 4K b120P. It also has high frame rate recording capabilities of 8K 60 / 4K 120. The cameras RF mount system allows for the use of cutting edge prime, zoom, and cinema lenses, as well as PL and EF lenses with a Canon mount adapter.
