The Samyang 8mm f/2.8 fisheye lens is designed to fit EOS-M cameras and offers a diagonal 167 degree field of view, equivalent to a 12mm fisheye on a 35mm camera. It features low dispersion glass and glass aspherical lenses for high resolution, resulting in extremely low color aberration. Please note that this lens is made to order and has a 6-8 week lead time.

The lens also boasts an ultra multi coating (UMC) to reduce flare and ghosting, as well as an integrated lens hood for added protection. With its extensive depth of field, focusing is made easy and can often be achieved using the distance scale. However, for close-up shots, LiveView may be a preferable option.
