Returns
Please contact Shotwize if you are wanting to return an item. We will discuss your return and advise you of the process and how we can help. Please take time to ensure you purchase the right equipment as we cannot accept returns on new equipment that has been out of the box and used unless it is faulty, and therefore we will advise that the product be sent direct to the UK manufacturer for assessment as per the warranty rules relating to your product.
Repairs
Shotwize has an extensive network of contacts in repair and equipment service as we do not undertake repairs in house. If your warranty has expired and you are looking to have repairs carried out or an insurance estimate is needed, we will advise and offer to direct you to a matching repairer or service centre you will need to contact to help you best with your make and model of product.
