Blackmagic PYXIS Monitor Kit CINEURSABB/AMKIT

The Blackmagic PYXIS Monitor Kit is a 5-inch HDR touchscreen display with a full 1920 x 1080 resolution. It features an LCD capacitive touchscreen and a brightness of 1500 nits, with frame rates of up to 60fps. The monitor also includes a rear-facing LED tally light and an accelerometer that automatically rotates the image when mounted upside down. It uses a USB-C with locking connector for video, power, data, and software updates.

The Monitor Kit comes with the monitor, a foldable sunshade, a locking USB cable, and Mounts for attaching to PYXIS and Blackmagic URSA Cine cameras. The mount is designed with a dovetail for easy attachment and removal without the need for tools. The monitor also has on-screen and button controls. Furthermore it has multiple mounting points and is compatible with various Blackmagic cameras.

Blackmagic PYXIS is designed to be rigged with rails, cages and other accessories. However, these setups can sometimes obscure the built in monitor. Blackmagic PYXIS Monitor provides an additional monitoring option that works with the camera’s design and own mounting accessories. Blackmagic PYXIS Monitor even has a built in accelerometer so you can mount it in any orientation and still view the image perfectly! You can even mount it off the camera on accessories such as gimbals meaning you can maintain full monitoring. This allows camera control, even when the camera’s out of reach. It also has a tally light so you can act as both presenter and camera operator as a one person production team!
